Service Description

Health and Wellness coach will learn about you and determine the lifestyle desire with the use of various assessment to help develop an action plan. The action plan will include short and long term goals, tools and tips in becoming healthier person. But it all starts with a conversation to discover what areas of your life you are wanting to transform. Cancellation Policy

Clients may choose to canceled sessions 72 hours prior the service start time. No refunds will be allowed and deposits collected will be forfeited. Bookings made the same day or 48 hours before the service start time will not be refunded, only bookings cancelled before 72 hours of session.
