Cancellation Policy
Thank you for considering our services. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please review our booking policy below: Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled via our website, email, or phone. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for all bookings. A confirmation email will be sent upon scheduling, which includes any necessary instructions or details. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No Shows: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and No shows may incur a cancellation fee of $50. Payment Policy: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We accept various forms of payment, including credit or debit cards, PayPal, and other third-party companies. Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or same-day appointments, or no-shows. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply and charge a $50 late fee. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options at admin@poppinsproductions.com. By scheduling and paying for an appointment with us, you agree to adhere to our booking policy. We strive to provide exceptional service and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
